All rentals need to be reserved in advance. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your rental items.
Full payment for all rental merchandise and services is due no later than 7 days prior to event. Last minute rentals must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
Delivery and pick up is FREE. Delivery orders outside of Sheridan, WY, will be charged $2.00 per mile round trip.
All tents (excluding 10 x 10) are set up by I Do Wedding and Party Rentals. Set up fee is required. Chairs and Tables set up by client must be cleaned and stacked for pick up.
Renter is responsible for all items from time of delivery to pickup. Please make sure equipment is secure when not in use and protected from the weather. We will charge for missing, broken, burned, or damage items. If you discover a broken item when your items are delivered, please notify us at once so that you will not be charged.
