All rentals need to be reserved in advance. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your rental items.
Full payment for all rental merchandise and services is due no later than 7 days prior to event. Last minute rentals must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
There is an additional fee for Tables and Chairs to be set up and taken
down. All Tables and Chairs must be stacked and ready for pick up after
the Event or an additional fee will be applied.
A fee of $2.00 per mile will be applied to all deliveries.
All tents(excluding 10x10's) are set up by "I Do Wedding And Party
Rentals". A Set Up Fee is required.
Renter is responsible for all items from time of delivery to pickup. Please make sure equipment is secure when not in use and protected from the weather. We will charge for missing, broken, burned, or damage items. If you discover a broken item when your items are delivered, please notify us at once so that you will not be charged.
